My friend complains that I aways smell like cigarette smoke?

My parents smoke in the house. Both of them. And I guess the smell drifts into my room and get's into my clothes. But my best friend ALL the times say OUT LOUD "you smell like smoke!" And it makes me kinda sad because I can't do ANYTHING about it! Sometimes she smells like shit, but I don't complain! It makes me angry and sad. And whenever she comes to my house she says "Ohh can you tell your parents to stop smoking!?" And... stuff like that! What can I say to her to make her shut the fuck up?
I use perfume and everything! And I don't even smell the smoke./ WHAT the hell do I do?!
