Can anyone help me find a teddy bear? Uh-oh bear?

I used to have a teddy bear my grandma gave me when I was born. It is orange, and it has a box inside it if you push the button it talks and say something like my name is uh-oh bear or something like that. I lost it in a fire at my parents house about 2 years ago and I have been looking for one since to give to my son. I have found nothing online about it, nothing in a store nowhere can I find this, anybody have any ideas? I'm about 99.9% sure it was called uh-oh bear, its orange, had like light green and pink overalls on that's about it, any tips would be appreciated. It is worth a lot of money apparently and I will pay any price to get one.
