WWE/Wrestling torrent HELP?

Well, I've been a member of this torrent site (XWT-xtreme wrestling torrents) since forever, then lately, i haven't had a chance to download torrents from this site because i'm busy but all this time, i kept seeding so my ratio was quite high. Yesterday, i logged in to download the elimination chamber ppv and it went ok. But right now, when I open my computer and tried to log in, it says that my account has been disabled. I already tried everything that i can, i checked if my cookies were enabled, i asked for a new password, etc. Still, even with the new password that they've given me, it still says that my account has been disabled. What happened? As far as i know, theyll be banning/disabling all accounts that has ratio below 0.6:1, but my account has high ratio. HELP!! How can I access my account? I think my IP address is banned.
