(Statistical question) How to interpret result from a Likert scale survey questionnaire?

I want to do a survey on the satisfaction of employees on the training program provided by the company. The questionnaire will have 15 close ended questions each having 5 options according to the Likert scale (Strongly disagree, somewhat disagree, disagree, agree, somewhat agree, strongly agree). During interpreting the result i can reveal, what percentage of people selecting which option of each question. What more i can interpret from this survey? I have little bit experience about using SPSS software. I also have some idea about statistical methods like correlation, test of hypothesis etc. Can this things be included in my survey to increase its quality? if yes, please give me a guideline.
