If a US female soldier falls in love with an enemy combatant (good intentions)...?

She is not intending to commit treason against USA, nor is the enemy combatant who is serving an enemy country at war with USA intending to harm the USA either because this soldier is also not following the mission of the enemy....

The two just love each other and want to get married in peace....

but the female soldier agreed to be deployed into the army for service....

What are the options for this man and woman? Lets suppose she has a baby with him during service and becomes pregnant?
so in other words, though they each agreed to serve their respective commanders.... they both breached their contracts.... and both were obliged to be on opposite fronts in battle against each other
