Turbinate dysfunction, left turbinate doesnt inflame and is causing ear pressure an agitation in nasal cavity?

i have had this for about ten years and today for a brief moment the left turbinate went back to its original size and pressure and balance was restored in my ears which have caused untold amounts of discomfort over the years thinking it was a range of different things even leading to surgey which made no difference what so ever, but i have slowly realised that the left turbinate isnt doing what its suppost to be doing and is the opposite of congested.

i do have allergies, quite a few but nothing works that ive used apart from putting cotton wool in my nasal passage to restrict the flow, inturn balancing and warming the air before it hits the nasal cavity, but i would like to know if there is anything i can do to make the turbinate respond normally and instead of being inactive somehow activate it?
