Philippa or Pippa to honour my father Philip?

Hello :)

My father is called Philip. I would love him to be somewhere in my childrens names :) I was wondering whether you prefer Philippa as the full name, or just Pippa?

Or, do you prefer it is a middle name? For example, Katherine Philippa
