cheap gaming computer set up?

I'm looking for a computer i can use for gaming. Mainly games like the Elder Scrolls Online and Vindictus (MMOS) and nothing like Battlefield 3, Skyrim, ect. the one thing i don't want to run into is any kind of lag and still be able to run the games on max settings while still staying below 1000$ on a computer that will last quite a few years with care. I'd also like to note that i play games for many hours every day when I'm not working. if you know a decent but cheap custom build or know any desktop computers on any site that would be great.
