What would happen if a tornado had 158,000 MPH wind speed.?

Me and my brother have this way of discussing completely ridiculous ideas and this is what came up

What would be the effects of a Tornado that is

8 miles wide

F 5 scale

and has 158,000 MPH wind speeds.

I say there would be ABSOLUTELY NOTHING left of the state (Oklahoma) it was in. I think those wind speeds would flatten absolutely everything, natural or man made in its wake.

But that's just my guess, so what would most likely be the effects of something like this?
