I try to let it just pass me by but it seems to pile up.
I had a sign on my wall that said "Would you be very upset if I asked you to take your silly-assed problem down the hall?" It worked pretty well and I never had to say a thing.
i work for myself so it doesnt matter much but i would tell them to GROW UP!!! and do your job
tell them to suck it up and be a women. Cause women go though WAY mor ein their life then dudes do. Though of course i dont go to work, but thats wat i tell anyone who complains.
Talk to a manager about it. If its making you uncomfortable, then you need to talk to someone. You have a right to be happy.
If it gets to be too annoying, I say real sarcastic like, awe, you poor thing, what can i do to help you, then turn on the puppy dog eyes. they usually just stop talking and walk away... then the office is quiet for another 20 minutes until some other whiney person comes in and the process starts all over again. LOL
just find someone to talk to it about and start to hang with them till things pass
I tell em stfu or get out tha kitchen.
Don't talk to them and actually work.
