YES. I am angry and frustrated with this. I moved to another state, after working 15 years in social services. You'd think I'd get a job right away. Nope. ""Preference given to Spanish-speakers."" I AM bilingual, just not in Spanish. My parents/grandparents came from Germany. Learning AND speaking English was a key for citizenship. Social service agencies didn't bend over backwards with interpreters. Learn English!
