I just got a new T-moble phone. and i do not know how to work it bc i cant make calls or send messages.. i called the customer service and the man told me i had to make an account online to make calls and send messages ..so i went online and made a account they asked me for my T- Mobile # so i gave it to dem and now it is taking a long time to load.....do u know what i should do?
