Samsung Z500 problems...

I've taket my phone from the O2 UK. But this is not that problem what i mean so the 1 one is: My Phone alarm is'nt working... 2 ond i can't use themes like in Z500v 3 one and the biggest i think...i can't put any 176 x 220 picture on my screen...there is left a white lines in bouth picture sides...what should i do ?Any ideas ?Suggestions ? My SW Version is: z500.007, my firmware is Z500BWEG2...Thanks in advance for helping, or suggestins anything...
