How to use my Nokia 2690 as a Bluetooth webcam?

Few days ago I have purchased Nokia 2690 and I am curious to know how I can use my phone as a webcam while chatting in Yahoo Messenger. I have Bluetooth Dongles which connects my phone with PC. I have tried Mobiola® Web Camera but when installing it to my phone using Nokia PC Suite it says can not install .sis files. I want to know how I can configure my phone to use it as a wireless (Bluetooth) webcam? Is there any software I have to install both PC and phone? How do I know which file can be installed in my phone? Please I am not good at software mechanism so write in details how I can get this feature and use my mobile camera as webcam.
