How can recover data in 20 years? an USB Flash drive?

I have very important data to save for about 10 years and +. I have them on an USB Flash drive ( 32GB)
but it's an USB 2.0. What would you suggest in order to keep those data safe and compatible in new PCs or Laptops? Should I purchase an USB 3.0 Flash drive ? In term of compatibility I don't ant to find out that in 10 years from now that I can't retrieve my datas because the new technology won't recognize the USB 3.0. Thanks for your suggestions.
