How the heck do I use Share Cash.org? http://sharecash.org/download.php?file=945322?

I need a text file from sharecash.org becuase it contains a password i need to unlock a program i donwloaded and the friken thing wont unlock even when i do all the bloody serveys! this is so crap i need just 1 fricken text file and it wont let me download it no matter what i do! the URL is:

I don't know what the hell is wrong with it, perhaps sombody can tell me what to do, like how to unlock it cuase they serveys don't bloody work like they should, anyway to bypass it? anyone with a premium acount that can get it for me? it's only a small .txt file, but it contains the password i need to unlock the damn .zip file. You can just tell me the password that the file contains on here or email it to me or whatever, i just need that password! thanks ;)
