I've been with US Cellular for a while. I got on my parents plan in high school, then they kept helping me out until I got on my feet. Now I'm going on a plan with my fiance and I would like a new phone. So my question is this; when you add a new phone line do they give you a phone, like they would during upgrade time, or do you still have to pay full price?
