Where Can I get windows mobile 2003 apps from?

I'm trying to find apps, themes and games for my xda II also known as the qtek 2020. It runs wm2003 (if you know how to upgrade it help me out please) with a screen of 320x320 - want to find some themes for it in particular. Have tried Zedge to no avail. Please provide a link or two preferably a mobile site. Thanks
