Why does a man keep looking over at me when I'm working out at the gym and I look a mess?

Is he staring in horror because I look feral?
Some Other men simply don't look... Is that cos they don't want to look at something ugly?

I'm attractive and young (27 years old) but I feel feral when my hair is a matted pony tail, my face is red and my clothes are drenched in sweat...

Does it look as bad as I think?

If I run into a guy I like at the gym and he sees me like that I feel mortified!

It's particularly inconvenient that I have a big crush on a man that works there... The only time I see him is when I look awful... He could never be attracted to me in that state could he?
