try with umts2.26 and cable usb like z500 and direct unlock (shent pin2/3)and all will be ok if the bouton unlock is not active add enforceur

If your Samsung Z140V phone is freeze,you can unfreeze it by using unlock codes.I would suggest you to get this code from Mobile-unlocker.com at reasonable price.
