I drove 96 hours in the past 8 days, in the back of a car on a bumpy road. It was a trip to Texas from California and back, for a Christmas vacation.I had a dislocated patella (knee) before this and have recently been wearing a knee brace. But although I had a brace on the ride really hurt my knee. Do you think the ride might have helped slow the healing process? Should i wear the knee brace for an extra week?
