What to eat with hearts of palm?

I opened a can of hearts of palm a few days ago. I like to add them to fresh kale with a bit of lemon juice and oil and eat it as a salad, or sometimes I just add it to a regular lettuce salad. I've finished all of my kale and lettuce and dont have time to go food shopping just yet, but I have the hearts of palm in a container in the fridge and I don't want them to spoil.

Besides for in a salad, what do you eat with hearts of palm?
By salad, I just meant a green salad! Like with lettuce/leafy greens, which I don't have right now.
