Which version of Naruto Storm 3 should i pre order and will it be safe?

for my birthday i am gonna pre order naruto storm 3 but i am stuck on which one to get! the will of fire edition or the normal one cuz i want the fire edition becuz of all the stuff it comes with but i also want the normal one cuz it's got different and interesting stuff that the other edition doesn't have? so can anyone suggest which one to get and can anyone tell me if it's gonna be safe to pre order early. what i mean is if i pre order early the game might arrive but hasn't got everything in if you get what i mean. so if i pre order will it come on the first day it has been released?? thnx!!
