My father in law bought an oil painting at a garage sale by the artist K. Polary. It seems to be a scene from a busy french street. The colors are quite muted, almost pastels, and it makes the scene look hazy. I have searched all over the internet for information about the artist and have had no luck. Does anyone know anything about the artist?
You are the first person i have found while also searching for the artist. A friend of mine has a painting by the artist and wants to know if it is of any value.

I have a similar French street seen with either people walking or bicycling down the street. I did see Goodwill had sold at their own auction two K Polary's for $15 at least.

I just found a large painting. The scene of people riding bicycles tall buildings on both sides. Appears to be a winter scene. Don't know anything about it.
