Absolutely Free Way to Unlock Blackberry Tour?

Hello, I have a Blackberry Tour that has a SIM card from Telus. I also have a rogers SIM card that I would rather use. I know that unlocking the phone will enable the rogers one to work. I know this also costs money due to a code you must enter. Can anybody tell me where to find a code that is absolutely free no surveys or anything? just the code. I really need it!
