Hello. My friend is giving me an iPhone 4 and its not unlocked. Ive tried looking up solutions but my baseband is too high. Can i take the iPhone to T-Mobile, AT&T, or Apple to unlock it as a T-Mobile phone? Thanks.

Usually the locked network provider only will offer unlock service.So you need to approach AT&T...If not I suggest you can approach Classicunlocking.com and specify the country,locked network of iPhone 4.Based on the availability you can get the permanent unlock service along with free instructions.
