CSS/HTML Help - Alignment not correct.?

I'm modifying a Wordpress theme to fit my custom design. However, the footer section doesn't line up with the rest of the page on my resolution which is 1680 X 1050. It does, however line up correctly (that I've tested on 1280 X 1024 and down.

I'm not sure what I am missing that it isn't lining up correctly.
