Guy sends me a pic of his "manhood"?

This random guy asked for my number like two months ago in my neighborhood, and I always thought he was cute when I was walking home with my sis from school . We texted each other about every other day for two months leading up to now , and today just 20 minutes ago he sent me a pic of his manhood out of NOWHERE with a message that said, "Here you go, now one of you stop bs" which means he sent that text to MULTIPLE girls ! I ignored his text , deleted it, AND his number . And as I was texting my best friend what happened, he sent me a message that said "Ohhhhh sh*tttt . I'm sorry Tete you wasn't supposed to see that." I deleted that text and ignored him again . He seemed like a really genuine and sweet guy before and obviously wasn't trying to send it to me in the first place , so should I still even be friends with him despite all of that ?
