My ISP doesn't offer newsgroups. What are my best options?
It concerns on what you wish to download. If files can be a problem from DMCA point of view then I would go to Dutch Usenet providers like XLNed or XSNews and not to the US providers cause they delete much content from their servers daily so that many downloads can fail.
