my penis pushed through my foreskin and hurts like hell is this normal or should i see a doctor?

hi i am 19 i was pleasuring my self in bed but didn't actually masturbate and all the sudden it was like my penis forced its way through my foresking like it grew an extra inch or two and it hurts like hell. before this i have never been able to pull back my foreskin over the head of my penis. has my foreskin stretched. is this normal and am i fine to continue masturbating or should i see a urologist. please help !!!!!!!!! i have never delt with a problem like this.
