2001 Dodge Intrepid electrical help, the horn wont work?

So I just purchased a 2001 Dodge Intrepid SE and there seems to be an electrical problem. The horn doesn't work as well as the sun-visor-mirror lights and I haven't had the chance to check the cruise control (the controls are on the steering wheel), but I don't believe that works either. As far as head lights, dash lights, rear lights, and stereo lights, they all seem to work fine. Any input on what the problem is/may be and how to fix it would be much appreciated.
