I am 16 years old and I just recently got in trouble with the law. I might be charged with discharging a firearm within city limits. The officer said that I could get parole. I fear marijuana traces might still be in my system from quitting 2 weeks prier to getting caught so I might fail my drug test. What will happen if I fail my drug test, or will they even drug test me at all?
