help with my cricket crosswave(i want to make internet faster)?
i want to make my internet faster.i got this on 5-7-11 and now its super slow.i caleld the 1-800 number but they wont let me do anything because its in my fathers name and he is out of town.when i called one time though they told me i could refresh it myself.but how do i do that?if i go to the cricket home screen and login in.do i clear the history,go to settings and reboot it or refresh defults?please help me out.my laptop is as slow as a turtle and almost every site is not working.i also have the 40 dollar amonth plan.if you need any other info here is my email [email protected]
