Panasonic HM-TA1 Not Recording in HD?

So I bought a Panasonic HM-TA1 camera for vlogs about two months ago. For the first few weeks, it was fine, and recorded in 1080p like it was supposed to. However, as time went on, the quality decreased. I haven't changed any settings, I've cleaned the lense, and I've looked through the instruction manual. Nothing helped, and it's still not in HD like it was when I recieved it. Anyone know what might have caused this, and how I can fix it?
I have checked and the settings are still at 1080p, but the video just isn't. I read in the manual that you should keep it away from electronics and things, so could that be a part of it?

Hi,Recording on 2562 shows as being recorded today, but I cant trace her recordings. Looked under Supervisor "Juliana" who has overall access and under Clinicalauth - nothing. What am I missing?
