Program to search & download mass images from the internet?

Does anyone know of a program that searches and downloads mass images from the internet based upon a specific keyword or keyword/s. For example, I could type in beach and the program would download thousands of images associated with the word beach.

Does such a program (or similar) exist?
I am aware of Yahoo! and Google image search. What I am seeking is a program that is similar but actually downloads all images into a specified directory on my hard drive.
