The front ones aren't too hard to get at, but the rear ones are tricky. It might be easier to unhook the front upper motor mount and pry the motor forward a bit to give you more room. My dad has a 96 Trans Sport and he ended up unhooking part of the exhaust and going at them from underneath. A prime candidate for platinum plugs if there ever was one
