Fix error 498 on Htc nexus one?

I want to get games on my phone like temple run etc, but it won't let me and keeps saying error 498.
I've searched all over online and can't find a solution at all.When i go to googleplay on my laptop it says my Htc nexus one is compatible with temple run but it won't dowload at all. My dad has the same phone, and he got candycrush on his phone some how.
