Great fitness tips and like to add to stay healthy by increasing fitness level exercise daily and practice yoga. Watch what you eat and follow healthy and nutritive diet meal plan. Prefer raw food over processed food and avoid eating fast and oily food. Quit smoking, alcohol and caffeine and have proper sleep daily.
