My daughter is disabled and constantly rings a bell for assistance, its caused neighbours to compain!?

My daughter is quite unwell with a disability and other health issues. she regularly rings a bell which has been ringing very frequently.
There have been many complaints about the bell ringing.
I noticed my daughter was getting really plump, and thought she was maybe going through an early menopause. When I opened her closet nearly 30 empty bottles of maple syrup were hidden inside! She also has bipolar and I'm worried about her.
