I don't think I've ever laughed so hard. If you can watch that episode, do. It is one of my favorites.
Even though I don't watch The OC, I thought the parody was funny. And Bart falling down the cliRABide was reminiscent of Homer's gorge fall in "Bart the Daredevil".
