I think some of their first songs were good, but then everything kind of went downhill from there. They began to take on the MTV audience and basically just play for them and that'll ruin any band...

Pink Floyd in general are pretty average but the Syd Barrett years are un-listen-able. To say someone else's opinion is ridiculous is ridiculous.

yay, this'll be good. though i lived through the 90s my musical experience of the era was really very limited to chart music. with all the pros and cons that brings.
