downloads from the company website fail to run , a message appear saying (can not run on this machine) ....
the laptop is used and I have no CD for its devices' drivers

my media player can not play many videos (not corrupted) showing a message saying "reduce resolution" ?
I have windows 7 ... most recent windows media player (when I look for update it return: this is the most recent version)
many other videos still running by my media player ....
