I was actually going to suggest possibly Deftones. Not because they sound anything like the song in that video, they don't, but it's fairly accessible and there vocals aren't cookie monster-like.

I am not sure on the song name, but the album was named Freak Show. I really liked Suicidal Dreams (no, I am not suicidal or anything BTW, it just sounded kool). I think that was on their first album.

I find that I have a love/hate relationship with MSI. About half of the material on any given album is genius. The other half either seems weak or weird for the sake of being weird without much else...
