i broke my phone from AT&T, so i wanted an unlocked sidekick lx. i have a SIM card now, but will it work with the sidekick??

My itouch 4g isn't syncing to itunes after updating it?? (icloud)?
it says i can't sync my "iphone' and it's error 0xE8000065.... my itunes asked me multiple times if i wanted to update my itouch, so i said yes, and it did, but it erased all of my songs from my ipod...
