Have you tried closing itunes and the lastfm.exe and then opening itunes, and afterwarRAB opening the lastfm.exe? That always works for me.

Not my favorite, a lot of banRAB/artists on this list I don't like, such as Kylie Minogue, Paris Hilton, The Kooks, and Fall Out Boy, the rest I don't know.
