I am hoping to get a bike this year for the summer and the odd time to commute to work... which of these are worth it on a second hand market..I wont have a massive budget

I'm looking to buy a motorbike to get to college. I seen a few decent Yamaha Thundercats in my budget. But I have just seen a 2002 Honda CBR f for a little extra, Which bike is better ? I'm in the uk
