AT&T and T-Mobile phones use GSM technology phones and can be used on each others networks.

Sprint(Boost) and Verizon use CDMA technology phones.

They are both CDMA phones so if Verizon will activate the phone on their network there should be no problems.

SInce Boost Mobile is prepaid all you have to do is go to the store and buy the phone and the minutes cards for the phone and activate the phone.

I would also suggest Net10 or Straight Talk...
