When I try to open a html file stored on my memory card or on the phone memory.It does not open and shows memory full.

The phone memory is about 11 MB free and the memory card is about 1 GB free....

have you tried syncing it with the system itself? if not, you should sync the headset with the ps3, you have to go under the set up option.
