Hi There

I have a Virgin Mobile (Audiovox 8615) phone and for the life of me I cannot figure out how to send wallpaper to my phone so I can set it as my background. How do I do this step by step?
Also, my ringer doesn't work, just vibrates no matter what setting I have it on.

Please help. I'm ready to throw the stupid phone into the street :S
