Connect HDMI or component cables directly from cable box to TV for video.

Best bet is to follow the diagrams that came with it. You can do it either way if your TV has audio outputs, but I prefer to run the outputs from my DirecTV box to the HT system, and from there to the TV(s)

How do I set up panasonic home theatre system with cable box?
I can't get the video to work. The sound is fine. I can't figure out what cables get attached. Is the tv "between" the cable box and the hts?
